PLEASE REVIEW THE BELOW PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL GUIDELINES:
EVENT SETUP: Event space rentals are for 3 hours. Set up of the event can start any time up to 60 minutes prior to the event. We have four pop-up tables and black/white tablecloths available for use for food and gift tables.
BEER: Our beer selection is constantly rotating. You can check the current tap list on our website, which is updated weekly.
DECORATIONS: We love seeing the space customized for events! Just a few things to keep in mind: Items cannot be hung from the ceiling nor sprinkler pipes. Easels for pictures or anything to display are recommended. No glue, nails, or tacks can be used to hang anything. Lightweight tape is allowed if it does not leave any damage to the paint, bricks, or wallpaper. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
OUTSIDE BEVERAGES: We offer water for free out of our water jug. Juice boxes, non-alcoholic seltzer, and Athletic Brewing Company non-alcoholic beer are available for purchase. No spirits, hard seltzers, liquor, outside beer are allowed. If you need ice, please bring your own, as we do not have an ice machine.
FOOD / CATERING: We encourage working with our on-site food vendors for your event if a vendor is popping up. If you are bringing in or catering your own food, please note that we do not have a kitchen nor any supplies for serving. Please remember to bring essentials such as plates, utensils, serving trays, Sternos, lighter, water pitcher, wine opener, birthday candles, etc.
AUDIO / VIDEO: None of the private event spaces are completely enclosed and portioned from the public; therefore, we cannot accommodate music requests. Our curated Bakes Brewing playlist will play overhead for your party to enjoy. If your reserved space has a TV, we will accommodate reasonable requests to broadcast certain channels or games, or to stream a personal slideshow.
KIDS: Maximum headcount for children 12 years-old and younger at a party is 20. 12 years-old and older have no headcount restriction. The Sports Zone is 12 years old and up, unless approved otherwise.
EVENT CLEAN UP: Party/guests must clean up after themselves, including no garbage left on tables or floors and no decorations left behind. The allotted time for breakdown and cleanup is 30 minutes. Any additional setup or breakdown time will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
PARKING: We highly recommend carpooling or ride sharing, as our parking lot fills up quickly.
