MEDALIST – IPA 6.8%
Our core IPA. Soft, fluffy mouthfeel, with notes of tropical fruit.

BASE KNOCK: IDAHO 7 – IPA 7.0%
A member of singularly-hopped series of IPAs, this beer was crafted with Idaho 7 hops throughout the process.  This beer bursts with aromatics and flavors of tangerine and orange marmalade.

BASE KNOCK: SIMCOE – IPA 7.5%
The latest iteration of our singularly-hopped series of IPAs, this beer was crafted with Simcoe hops throughout the process.  The Simcoe hops provide aromatics and flavor of grapefruit, which is nicely balanced by the doughy malt backbone.

DRAGON’S DEN – IPA 7.5%
Very drinkable IPA brewed with a blend of Nelson, Citra, and Mosaic hops.

SECRET SLIDING DOOR – DIPA 8.2%
A Double IPA brewed with Simcoe and Citra and a touch of Riwaka to round it out.

BOB – PALE KELLERBIER 5.0%
A Named after our beloved late grandfather, Bob, this is a young, unfiltered lager. Brewed with pilsner malt and German hops, this beer is supremely crushable. Cheers to Bob!

BAKES IRISH STOUT – 4.3%
Our traditional Dry Irish Stout. Brewed with roasted and flaked barley. Notes of dark roasted coffee and chocolate. Dispensed from our stout faucet on nitrogen resulting in a dense, creamy head and smooth mouthfeel.

71 STOUT – COFFEE MILK STOUT 6.6%
Our decadent coffee milk stout, brewed with a sweet, malt-forward base beer, infused with a perfectly-measured and tested volume of coffee from our good friends down the road at Turnstile Coffee Roasters. Notes of dark chocolate and coffee.

BAKERS BATCH 015 – IMPERIAL MILK STOUT 10.0%
Imperial Stout blended with Turnstile coffee, and then conditioned on toasted coconut and Madagascan vanilla bean.
